Just Dance 2021 is a dance rhythm game developed by Ubisoft. It was unveiled on August 26, 2020 during the Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase web presentation as the twelfth main installment of the series,[1] and was released on November 12, 2020, for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Stadia, and on November 24, 2020, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.[2][3][4] It is the first game in the series since the initial title not to be announced at E3 due to time constraints brought by the COVID-19 pandemic. It is also the first game in the main series not to be released for the Wii.[5]

As with the previous installments of the franchise, players must mimic the on-screen dancer's choreography to a chosen song using either motion controllers or the game's associated smartphone app. Avadon: the black fortress.

Its user interface and features are largely identical to 2019 and 2020, although with few changes with the World Dance Floor being a 3-song competitive tournament that matches a player's level with other players of a similar level, as well as a new scoring system after dancing to a song to keep track of who is the highest rank dancer for each available song, giving players extra incentive to improve their rhythmic skills.[6][7] The game also features a new mode known as 'Quick Play mode' in which the game randomly shuffles a song to make it easy for players to jump right into dancing without struggling of choosing a song to dance to.[8]

Here's the scenario:
1) We bought the kids a Nintendo Switch for Christmas (It's our primary and ONLY console)
2) We have a family group on the Switch, with my account as the Parent/Administrator account, and each of my 2 children have separate Switch accounts (for saved games, stats, etc..)
3) We purchased JDU 2021 from the eShop using my account (Parent)
4) We purchased the 1 year unlimited pass from the eShop at the same time (Purchased under my eShop account).
5) Kids start the game as one of their accounts and tries to play using a song that is marked as 'Unlimited' and can't--they get nagged to purchase a subscription. However, they immediately receive the special avatars because of having the subscription..
6) Unlimited pass works perfectly when game is launched using MY account (which is NOT what we intended)
Is by design? Is the unlimited pass able to be used for ALL the family accounts on the system (me, wife, 2 kids)? If this is by design, this is a really crap setup and defeats the purpose of having the family group (and seems like a greedy money grab). We have no issues with this on our Apple devices...just saying.
