The way I understand it, windows and those processes are running in that physical memory. Clearing it would be clearing windows and everything out so nothing could be running, even windows. In short, from what I understand, No. Only restarting can clear your running memory (RAM).

1. Open Internet Explorer.

2. Click the Tools menu in the upper right corner. Depending on your version of the browser, it will either be labeled 'Tools' or will appear as an icon of a gear.

3. In the drop-down menu, choose 'Internet options.'

4. On the 'General' tab, and in the 'Browsing history' section, click the 'Delete' button.

Uninstall the installed Programs

The RAM decreases as you install new programs on your computer; the more you install the programs the slower it will become.
